There are many congresses, festivals and celebrations. There is no city in the world, so it seems that escapes this phenomenon. We do not pretend to be the biggest and best festival. It is not an objective of us to achieve that. What we do want to achieve, is that it is a festival where 'el corazón', the heart is touched and moved.
